		<description>Wow, what a great article, and such great points!  I have been vegan for years, and LOVE cooking non-vegan sounding recipes.  My omni friends always love my cooking, even though they know the &quot;meat&quot; and &quot;cheese&quot; aren&#039;t what they are used to.  I have won baking contests with vegan cakes, and placed in chili contests with my vegan chili.  So, hats off to you - I hope you inspire untold amounts of people to adopt the compassionate lifestyle, while never feeling like they are missing anything. Except the animal cruelty, of course.</description>
